To book common-use spaces on campus, please go to 25Live, RISD’s centralized scheduling system and then search for available locations and times via the platform’s dashboard. You can also access the mobile express version of 25Live to create an event using your mobile device. To use either platform you will need to log in using your RISD username and password.
Booking Other Spaces on Campus
To book any other space on campus including classroom space, please contact the Registrar’s Office by sending an email to email@example.com.
Room requests must be submitted with a minimum of three (3) days notice and should include the following information:
- Start time (including set up if needed)
- End time (including takedown if needed)
- Type of Event (meeting, critique, visiting artist/lecture, etc.)
- Type of Room or Preferred Room (multipurpose classroom, flat tables, etc)
- Capacity/Number of seats
