Booking Campus Spaces with 25Live

The following common-use spaces are now available to schedule through 25Live:

123 Dyer Street: Rooms 200, 315, 318, 319, 403, 412
20 Washington Place: Rooms 123, 141, 328, 366
BEB: Room 022
Carr Haus: Room 104
South Hall: Room 124

Booking Other Spaces on Campus

To book any other space on campus including classroom space, please contact the Registrar’s Office by sending an email to

Room requests must be submitted with a minimum of three (3) days notice and should include the following information:

  • Date(s)
  • Start time (including set up if needed)
  • End time (including takedown if needed)
  • Type of Event (meeting, critique, visiting artist/lecture, etc.)
  • Type of Room or Preferred Room (multipurpose classroom, flat tables, etc)
  • Capacity/Number of seats
